Hello Year 6!
I hope you are all well during this strange time! Although we are not in school, it is really important to try and structure your day and to complete some of the tasks I have set for you. It is however, important to balance this with exercise and time with your family too. In addition to the packs I have sent home, please take a look at the websites below for more examples of activities you could complete at home.
Take care and stay safe, I look forward to seeing you all again!

https://www.onceuponapicture.co.uk/ Similar to the website above, this site has a fantastic variety of pictures to inspire your own creative writing.
I'm incredibly proud of all of the books we have read as a class this year (Room 13, Cirque Du Freak, Boy in the Tower, Once and The Big Wish). Try and spend 10-15 minutes each day reading books or comics that interest you!
Have a go at some of the experiments on the websites below:
Don't miss out on the youtube link below! The fantastic artist and illustrator 'Rob Biddulph' is doing a daily, live tutorial of how to draw and sketch different characters from books and stories. It's easy to follow along and you'll be amazed at the results of your own sketches! He uploads a video each day from Monday-Friday and each day focuses on a different character (today was all about how to draw an alien!)
Take care Year 6!
